Taking a look at the app, the graphs on the second page [swipe left] seem to be up to date, just seems to be the flow diagram on the fron page which is not correctly picking up the values.

Have just talked to a friend and his system is showing offline as well so guessing an issue at Fox.

Just wondering if there is any planned maintenace with the Fox servers?
My app is currently showing that my Inverter is offline. The inverter screen seems to be ok with Power 42w / SoC 19% / Normal / correct date and time.
The wifi dongle is slow flashing red.
I have noticed on this forum ...

I'm new to this as well and agree that we need an 'idiots guide' with simple instructions.
Sounds wrong if you battery discharge is not being used by default [mine does unless there is a really big draw, like electirc shower, when it also pulls from the grid].

HI
I'm new to this as well but have found if you go onto the website and them select Site Maintenance->Export a report. Chel Data Type -> All and then click Query.
This should then down load a csv file with daily data in.
