I remote monitor our customers system to check for issues and ive notice around 2am that there battery discharges to- 0.40Kw,this looks the same as mentioned any ideas what is causing this,ita around the same time every night on two customers systems

I install fox equipment and have just noticed today there is a car charger icon, does anyone know much about this as it will not let you do anything, most of my customers have EV so it drains the battery's and hopefully if its a case of fit a CT to the EV tails this would be a good addition ...

just seen your post,i guess the system is all working, have you filled a G99 to the DNO?.
The commissioning side is straight forward same as the installation side.
It is important that you have registered it with the DNO.
Any questions feel free to post im in manchester so not around the corner ...

ive followed the instructions an scan the Qr code to set it up on end user thats when it says invalid serial number, i hope ive done it right,its only the second one ive done the first one set up no problem,is there anything else i might be doing wrong as i want to cover all bases before ...

I have just started to fit fox inverters,i can set up my installer platform but i have one customer who cannot get the end user set up as it keeps saying invalid serial number.
Hopefully its an easy fix
