I can’t see how economy 7 would cause a problem, and as you say it’s different times so best to rule that out.
Those settings suggests your battery warmup is disabled which would have been the possible culprit - but it is worth checking your battery firmware, in the App, click on ‘Device’, click on ‘Battery’ and then click on the serial number below your battery image and it should give you the version of your battery.

E7 is only 7hrs, and it seems your system uses grid for around 9hrs.
I am just wondering if you set a schedule up an 'Advanced' schedule for 'Self-use' from 00:00 to 23:59 with a minSoc 10%, MaxSoc 100%.
Beyond this, perhaps you need Fox to look at your deeper settings to see what is going on?
It's puzzling where the system is overriding the basic 'Self-use' work mode and putting the battery to sleep.

ok, thanks it's only one minor version behind.
But I think as @MB says it's probably time to raise a ticket on Fox and get them to do a deep dive into your settings, it's possible something has been left over from previous firmware updates that needs to be cleared - but please report back, i'm intrigued to know what it is.
