Again thank you for your reply.
The Energy Stats looks great.
I could try it and maybe it’s “Enable Scheduler”
On/off would solve my issues?
Going to wait today in the hope my installer or the ticket I raised with Fox gets answered.

Yes definitely try it, Energy Stats uses the OpenApi which does allow control of the 'master switch' and my colleague has confirmed it definitely switches it on and off.
Well I’ve just looked on Energy Stats now I’ve installed my key and it’s saying scheduler enabled.
If I click it to off and it works I’ll be amazed and owe you a beer.

I did reply but it didn’t show up
It’s worked!!!
Don’t understand why this did and not the web / fox app or inverter screen settings. But glad that’s sorted.
I’ve been trying to solve this for over 24hrs and went all day yesterday on peak rate!!

That's great, nothing worse than peak rate pain....
cheers

Sorry if this all went off topic. Hope it helps others out there.
AI answer as to why it worked…
Why Energy Stats worked (and Fox didn’t)
Energy Stats talks to the inverter via the same FoxESS cloud API, but:
• It sends a hard disable command for the scheduler
• Fox portal often leaves the scheduler in “manual / dormant but active” mode
That’s why you were seeing:
•
“Parameters do not meet expectations (40257)”
•
Min SoC / Force Charge greyed out or failing to write
•
Grid SoC not sticking
