error code-222 - BMS Charge Require No Reply
Issue:
This error normally means that the the inverter is requesting a charge to the battery management system but the BMS isn't replying
Solution:
This issue is normally related to a communications fault, the first step in resolving this is to turn off the master battery or bms, leave the inverter on but the battery should be turned off for at least 30 seconds. Make sure and confirm that the communications cable from the battery to the inverter is firmly connected and then turn back on the battery and wait for the battery to power up.
If this reset has worked you should be the current SoC % on the inverter screen. If it still says SoC = N/A then you still have a communications issues.
It's recommended to carry out a full force charge once communications is restored.
