visualization problem in the application and cloud

Hello,
Can someone help me understand why I can't see the grid export and consumption per month?
I can only see for a specific date at a specific time, but I can't see a total for the year or day or month.
I tried other apps too.
But I can't see anything in the history, just how much it produced in total.
I have also attached pictures.
I don't know what the problem is, maybe it's just in the settings

The Fox cloud doesn’t maintain the long term statistics for solar only inverters, grid consumption, feedin and load statistics are only stored for hybrid inverters.
