I currently have the following system

Invertor - KH10
Battery ECS4800 - 1xCM4800 and 3x CS4800 (Capacity circa 19kwh)

i'm looking for assistance and details on what is involved in adding in additional 3 off CS4800 slaves to increase the battery capacity to max (32kwh).

Is it simply power down , remove Master, add in the new slave modules and power up as it infers or is there more to it and other considerations etc

Yes not far off with that, you must add CS4800 slaves and the pack must be at 50% (+/- 3%) when you add the new batteries.

The lowest battery has a plug fitted to terminate the batteries and it is always advisable to add new batteries to the top of the stack, so yes remove the Master and then add the new batteries, replace the Master and start it up.

You will need to update the firmware on the pack so that all batteries are running the same (latest) versions, if you have installer access you can do that your self, or you can ask an installer to do it, or alternatively raise a support ticket with Fox and ask them to update your battery firmware to the latest version.
