Inverter & battery offline

Since yesterday, my app no longer gets any data and shows that everything is offline.
Already tried to reconnect the wifi dongle. Tried the main elan, the guest WLAN and this (the dongle) is shown as online in the app, at least for a while. But after a few minutes even the dongle is offline again.

Are the services up and running or is my elan dongle defective?

Btw, the inverter is still reporting to my home assistant via rs485, so at least it is working. But controlling it via cloud app is not possible.

The Fox cloud and OpenAPI are both up and running, it looks to be a local problem with your infrastructure.

Well seems to be the WLAN dongle. I purchased a lan dongle and now it works.
Worked for a year and from one day to the other didn't transmit anymore, but the setup still worked. The wifi signal was all right. I guess just bad luck.

Having the same problem for the past few days; battery status is 'offline', meaning I can't update force charge time, when i try i get a 'Write failure' message. Wifi connections have been refreshed and all are good. Any advice welcome.

If your internet connections are good (also do a restart on your router to be sure) It may be the inverters ‘manager’ has crashed - to clear that you have to do a full shutdown / restart on the inverter - there is a video under the guides section which can help with this but basically you need to isolate PV, isolate AC, power off the batteries - wait until inverter screen goes blank then power on the batteries, turn on the AC, turn on the PV and wait for the inverter to go through its checks.

Thanks Dave. Given the number of steps for teh re-start I'll check the router first!
