Which part is showing as offline, is that what you see on the main ‘house’ page i.e. the system, or is it the battery when looking at the Device page ?

If you have easy access to the inverter can you check firstly that the display shows a correct battery SoC value (which confirms your battery is ok and working), and secondly if you can check the datalogger red light is flashing approx once per second - if it is flashing rapidly it has disconnected from your wifi (has it ever shown online ?).

Good Morning
Thanks for your reply, SoC is currently 26%, battery voltage 355.3.
WiFi red light is flashing rapidly and I think it has always been since the changeover, does this help you in resolving my problem.

Hello
I hope that I have allowed remote access to my system from the inverter display/menu.
Hope this helps.

If the datalogger is flashing it’s red light rapidly then it isn’t connected to your wifi, if it has been like that since the install you may be best to get your installer back as they should have connected it before they left site.
There is a video here
viewtopic.php?t=970 which shows the steps needed to re-connect your system to the wifi but as a start you could try powering off and on your broadband router/wifi wait 5 minutes and see if the red light has settled down to a slow flash )once per second).
