Hey everyone

I’m Jack, living on the south coast.

Had my Fox system installed in May and have become a bit obsessed with it all ever since! Generated 1.86MWh so far.



I’ve started developing a web app in my spare time that uses the Fox API. I was never completely satisfied with the Fox app, and even with Home Assistant, I couldn’t quite get things the way I wanted.

I’ve made significant progress and would love to share it here to get some feedback, but I wanted to check with the mods for permission to post first. Cheers!

Thanks Will. That sounds fantastic, and a little scary

I will post an introduction to the app over in that section of the forum. There is even a nuance with the API where a particular endpoint only works with an API token and not oauth token, I'd love to get some clarification from Fox on that if you know anybody. I'll share the details in my next post.
