Need help ASAP
Hi all,

Just got my batteries installed today. I have 4 x EP 11 batteries with a KH inverter. After the install, I noticed that the batteries were charging from the grid. Then, as soon as it hit 100%, they immediately started discharging back to the grid at a rate of 10kWh. It's now got to 8pm here in Australia, the batteries hit 20% (Minimum SoC), then just fired back up again and started pulling from the grid.

Anyone able to help me before I can get in touch with the installer tomorrow?

That is usually a sign that the CT clamp (or meter) has been fitted in reverse by mistake - if it’s a CT clamp, you can unclip it turn it through 180 degrees and re-fit it then check your system to see if it is now working correctly.
