In the Fox Cloud 2.0 app, I set up a manual schedule as an experiment to see if I could figure them out. I now can't delete the schedule. (It's turned off, it just remains in the screen of schedules).
On the manual scheduler page, if I swipe left on the schedule I want to delete, the Delete button appears. I select Delete, the schedule disappears. But then, no matter what I do next, the schedule is back next time I open the page. I have tried hitting Submit after deleting it but get an error message (Code 40257 Parameters do not meet expectations. Please reenter). Hitting Back, swiping down to refresh the page, even quitting the app direct from that page, none of these work. Whatever I try, the schedule is back next time I open the app.
Is this a known issue where deleting schedules doesn't work? Or am I doing something wrong?
I have heard of this happening before and recall they ended up leaving it in the schedule in but having it set to off so that it was ignored - I don't recall the fix but would suggest you try deleting it from the foxcloud.com website and if that fails, it may well be a firmware issue.
Can you check you firmware versions - in the app, click Device, Inverter then click on the serial number under the image of the inverter and post here your Master and ARM versions and i'll check the latest for you.

Thanks. Kind of hope it is up to date, as I'm one of those whose installers don't do aftercare, and the last twice I've contacted Fox in the app, both in May 2025, one is still Processing (i.e. they're never going to look at it) and one they just closed with no response or change!

They are not too far behind Master 1.40, Manager(ARM) 1.56 is the latest.
Can you post an image of the schedules you have set and highlight the one that is to be deleted please.

Having the same issue, tried delete using phone app and web, it still reappears.
Don’t forget that when you swipe left and click delete, they aren’t deleted until you click submit at the top, if you leave and come back later without doing that they won’t be deleted.
Yeah it's unfortunately even with hitting 'Submit' it still doesn't delete, just gives the error message. Online or on app.
For what it's worth, I've discovered that if you set up more than one schedule, and delete one, the deleting works. It's only when there's just one left, you can't delete that final one. So it's a problem that's fairly easy to live with - just always leave one schedule there but switched to 'off', and it shouldn't cause any problems.
