Hi Guys,

I had my EQ4800 installed yesterday. But, it seems not working properly.
So, everything is just on default, no scheduler or custom setting etc.

What happen on the battery it's like charge for 20min and then discharge for 20min in a loop. please see my attached graph.
What it did last night it's charge from grid and then export back to grid. i can see my solar feed in at night time.
Battery SOC remain in like 55% - 65%.

Could this be a hardware setup issue i should contact the installer or it just some setting not goes right?

Yes that looks like a hardware config problem, very likely your CT clamp is positioned the wrong way round (or in the wrong place) and not measuring the load correctly so it exports your battery to the grid until it hits minSoC, then it will charge from the grid and loop like that.
