Hey guys!

First post on the forum & been sent here by some Reddit users;

That’s the errors on my screen at present.
My installers stated it was just updating, but I’m not convinced 3 days later. 😂

No errors on the Cloud2 app
Inverter software is
Master 1.40
Slave 1.02
ARM 1.56

Any clues?
Screen isjust scrolling text like in the photos on the IMGUR link.

Thanks!

It looks like it has had a problem whilst updating, an update shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes.

Best thing to try is to do a full shutdown and restart and then when it powers back up, if it still shows that corruption, i’m afraid you’ll need to get back in touch with your installer (or Fox) and see if they can force it to update again.

Ask your installer to reflash the firmware with the master and manager versions again. Should resolve it or you have a flash failure on the inverter hardware.

It was suggested on reddit that this might be a failed connection to the LCD module, causing gibberish to appear (in which case the inverter would be otherwise working & up to date). Perhaps it might be worth checking the firmware versions in the app or on the website to see if they are consistent, or if they are mismatched? (I don't know what the matching versions would be).
