My installer said that my two E11 batteries have internal heating which is important as they are in the garage. However the model number does not have an H that I believe indicates that it has heating capabilities.
The serial numbers are:-
60EP11104ABP039
60EP11104ABP041
Is there any way to determine whether they have a heating facility or not?
I have opened a ticket with Fox but they failed to respond even after I opened another ticket as a reminder to the first!
Any help on this much appreciated

You have heater models. You might need your battery and inverter firmware to be updated before the option will appear under the quick settings on the plant flow overview page.

Your garage will offer a bit of cold protection, my battery is outside hung on the wall of my house. So glad it has a heater.

My Inverter has no option for heating, do they need to be?

No they work fine at low temperature, any work they do will generate some heat and they are always working either from solar or battery - but they are good down to -25C
