I just wondering if the following has been seen before and what I can do to fix.
When charging my battery from the grid during free period, if my house loads are high, my inverters is throttling down my battery charge power to supply the house loads. As I want to charge a ev and battery during the free time, this is a little anoying.
My service lines from the street are 80a. My main breaker is 63a.
I can only see the import power current option and this is currently set to 31.9a.
Last night I changed this to 50a however then received code 27, 26 and 1 errors in the app. I changed it back to 31.9a after seeing this and the errors have not come back.
At the moment, the highest draw from the grid I have seen is 16kw.
Just wondering if anyone has seen this and if there is a fix as I know I should be able to draw more than 16kw from the grid to charge at 15kw and supply the house loads as well
