Fox Ess H3 3 Phase 10kw Inverter AC Coupled
42kw 4800 Battery
Existing Fronius Solar Inverter / Panels 5kw Below are 4 Scenarios i have been testing today, and i do not know how to solve it:

My main goal is: Force Charge the Battery from the grid at 10kw and all other power requirements from the house example Ducted AC / Pool / EV will also charge from the grid.

As per diagram when there is no load on the house, i can charge the battery up to the 10kw capacity i am then pulling 7.2kw from the grid and help my solar system

When i turned on the AC ducted aircon i am able to pull 10.8kw from the grid, but only charge the battery by 7.4kw why isnt it pulling more from the grid to to make it 9.8kw we per other diagram?

When i start charging the tesla at 11kw i am able to pull 15kw from the grid and it stops charging the battery The only way i can complete the below Force Charge the Battery from the grid at 10kw and all other power requirements from the house example Ducted AC / Pool / EV will all will also from the grid.

Is by Physically Switching off the SOLAR from the mains and i am then drawing nearly 30kw.. how can i avoid switching off the solar.

The inverter is only capable of a maximum 10kW AC input, if you have PV power available it can charge the batteries using the DC and so in the first image 10kW input has been reduced to 7.28kW.

I think the rest of the problem is that the H3 Smart does not appear to have been honoring it's ImportLimitCur setting (within the inverter settings), there's another post that refers to this and somebody has just posted to say that the latest firmware master resolves this issue - you can see more details here viewtopic.php?p=11399#p11399 - looks like you need to have Master 1.36 installed.

My Agent upgraded the firmware Master 1.36 & Reboot of the Inverter & Battery

Everything is now working as it should.
