I just noticed that my Fox ess App is offgrid now for over 40min
The Fox ESS website is showing that my battery is offline

I checked the physical inverter and battery and all appears to be normal..All light are green, SOC is 96% and charging.

I suspect the issue is with Fox Cloud.
Has there been any reported outage of issues?

Yep Fox ESS took the system offline.
System is not restore and all is fine.

wish somneone from Fox would let customers know when there are any outages or maintenance. This is the 3rd time in a month the system comes down with no prior warning

Not completely fine for me. The front paging showing the energy flow is working but the Quick Settings page is not getting any data.

Probably a dumb thing, but try to log out and log back in the App, That may fix it

Tried that a few times and still the same. Even the website app is timing out.

Yes both were the same. However now all is working again.
