Frequent Power Outrage when no Grid outage

Can anybody help?
I get short-time power outage on all backup lines, roughly every 3 days, when there is no Grid outage and changeover CB's are on Grid side.
The outage normally recovers in a few minutes automatically.
Like tonight around 10pm, I experienced again electricity outage when only lights on. During the outage, all the non-backup lines were still working. 5 mins later, all lines worked again without any manual operation.

Recently 7 day logs are screenshotted with Changeover CB position.
