PV vs GEN LOAD and battery charginf

Hi. I'm a new user and had P3-8.0-SH (similar to H3 smart or pro iinm), 4x Q1-2000-E for 15x 620kWp panel generating approx 9.3kWp and 4x CQ6 6kWh batteries.
In the app, it does show any value for PV but instead it shows them in GEN LOAD. Is this normal?
I'm also wondering do you normally keep the battery charged by solar or do you use grid to charge it? My goal is to reduce dependency on grid so less I use them is better, but I see the battery got charge for 50% before it starts discharging and completely stopped discharging at min soc (10%), throughout the night then I'm pulling from grid. Is it possible that the excess power during the day are not enough to charge the battery full hence not 100%?
