Agent accounts have the firmware updater which sends and installs updates over the cloud via the wifi module.
If you're not an agent you should speak to your installer or contact fox support.

I would email direct using that address, others have reported no issue when using this address for support.

Further update provided as manager version v1.50. Please could anyone provide the change log or experience of updating to the latest version.

I've checked after updating to v1.50 of manager and I can't see any notable changes.
