Hello,
I'm trying to remotely control a H3 12.0E thru RS485 and its not working.
When I go into settings on the inverter -> feature -> remote control -> enable, it just says "fail" and then nothing, I can just try to enable it again and again, no changes or more info. And when my controller talks to it, it just gets a "response not recognized" result.
I dont know which setting it would be in the cloud menu. The 14ASoftwareTrigger maybe? Nothing else resembles a remote control setting in any of the settings.
So I'm asking if anyone knows anything about this issue?
All firmware was uptodate a couple weeks ago, which is the problem maybe because apparently before the 2.06 master version communication protocol was different and supposedly better.
It’s possible you are seeing a bug that has affected lots of fox app users as well - after a firmware update the schedule master switch was enabled and even though there may be no schedules set, when the master switch is enabled it overrides settings such as remote control, minsoc, maxsoc etc… and responds ‘fail’.
The only way to stop this is to log into the fox cloud and disable the scheduler, or if you have the energy stats app - that also allows the master switch to be disabled.

Wow thanks.
That is such a stupid problem, deleted shedules(which ofcourse we used since we cant remote control it) and now it works.
Is that mentioned anywhere in the damn manual?
At least the remote control is supposedly enabled, not failed.
Still get the same error when Eniris tries to talk to it unfortunately.
