Hi all,

I have a 10+KWH panel (don't have the exact) with a 11KWH 3rd party inverter Ac coupled to Fox H3 smart 10KWH inverter. My Gen load I have never seen more than 7KWH and wondering if something blocking the full throttle of my panels. One thing I noticed the Installer when setting up my plant inputted 10KWH as the PV panel output which I can change in the settings (haven't tried). could you please guide if my assumptions about the Panel output are correct and these or any settings can adversely affect the outputs.

If it is your Gen Load that is limited to 7kw, that will be the other inverter that may be limiting it’s output, the Fox inverter has no control over the output of that, all it can do is throttle it’s output to make sure that you do not exceed the export limit that has been set. Does you other inverter have an export limit setting ?

I bought the property the sungrow panel inverter was already installed . I don’t know how to create a plant on the isolar cloud so can’t confirm it. But could it be the east and west thing the panel output is spread out on the entire roof on all sides. Seems no solution at this point

You need to get some more stats from the other inverter, is there a screen on it that can tell you what the arrays are doing?.
If the arrays are spread over several roofs, then maximum power output will be phased and sub optimal compared to a single roof pointing in the same direction - if the sungrow inverter can tell you what each array is doing at certain points of the day it should help you work it out.
