Hi

My FloxCloud app isnt connected this morning. I've gone into Device and the Inverter and wifi dongle stick are Online however the Battery is on Offline Standby. Ive tried reboot AC DC but still no change. I can see the battery I have is still on, green lights etc.

When i go into 'Device' and into the Dongle, it says that there is a Software firmware upgrade available (from 2.00 to 2.03) However when I go to download the new update, I get and Upgrade Failed 'Code 41935. Device Offline, Please connect and retry.

Any suggestions?

It's a server issue effecting the website and app. The API is still working so the Energy Stats app should still work.

The cloud went down for Fox, and slowly people are getting connected, though some are still out of action.

Locally at the screen of your Inverter, you can check if the battery shows SoC %
