Hi. New user trying to get my head around the new tech!

Few problems yesterday (11 March) which I understand were due to Fox technical issues. At least I can now see the battery status which I couldn’t do whilst the issues were ongoing but now my battery is showing as being in ‘off mode’

So now I can’t seem to charge it or wake it up. I’ve tried the switch it off/on technique but still no change.

Any help would be gratefully received.

When powering off, was you doing just the battery, or Inverter off also?

I believe my unit has a built-in inverter so I guess both were reset on the restart.

However, good news is that I found the 'start/stop' button in the settings menu on the side of the battery and it's now back to normal but thanks for your comment.

Now all I've got to do is get it to charge to 100%. A problem I see that's been discussed by OP elljay in topic 'New EVO 10-5-H only charging at 1.06kW'.

You probably are going to need that Beta firmware loading on to help your Evo function, if you contact Fox for firmware upgrade, expect delays from a swamp of tickets.
