EP11 Battery Pricing: €1,800 vs €4,000—What’s the Real Value?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to get some insights about the Foxess EP11 high-voltage battery and its price range.

I’ve found several listings online for this type of battery, and the prices are all over the place, with some sites offering it for €1,800 (inclusive of taxes) and others asking for as much as €4,000 (exclusive of taxes, 21%).
The most common price I’ve come across seems to be around €3,500.

What is the typical price range for an EP11 battery?

I’m a bit puzzled because this is considerably higher than other similar batteries (even more sophisticated/plug-in ones, but I don’t want to name brands here).
Most of these batteries, based on similar chemistry ( and same capacity) , are priced lower.

Also, I’ve noticed that the EP11 specs say 4,000 cycles, while other brands often claim 6,000 or even 10,000 cycles. Should I be concerned about this difference in cycle life?

Is the EP11 still worth the premium? And what can i consider to be a 'normal' price?

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!

There is now an EP12 that is available, so odds are the really cheap EP11 deals might be dumping stock?
I am not sure if on the Fox manufacturing side they are still making EP11's whilst the EP12's now exist.

When I got my EP11 Heated approx 1 year ago, it was £2,500, it is now £1950.
I have a 10 year warranty, and suspect it will run longer than 10 years.

Cheaper batteries exist, but then it depends on how they handle any faults under warranty.
