Hi. Just wondering if anyone out there gets notifications pushed on their Android mobile from the FoxCloud2.0 app?
I get no notifications whatsoever. I have:
1. Uninstalled and re-installed the app
2. Cleared cache
3. Checked app settings to ensure allowed, etc etc
4. Set absolutely ALL notification types enabled in the app, just to be sure.
Anyone else had any trouble with this app on Android and/or Samsung mobiles? I guess my A52 is getting a little old by today's standards but it's nearly faultless with any other apps I use in terms of notifications, so it's pretty odd.
Keen to hear from anyone at all, even if they have no issues and get notifications. I might reach out to FoxESS support if it seems to only be me with this issue...
Cheers!
I tried this on my phone for you, S23 Ultra.
When I turned on notifications (all) I got a message about the Cloud fault from the 11th. It kind of dissapeared before I could read any details though
I turned on a forced charge that should have created a pop up message, it didn't.
Given how duff the App has been lately, it is not a surprise.

Thanks MB48, appreciate the effort.
Funny you should mention the notification about the cloud page, I actually did get that too. It's only now I realise that it was a notification from the app, and yet no other notifications ever occur... And that's the first one I've ever seen.
So I guess they've got fairly major issues with their notifications within the app itself; I suppose I'll raise it directly with their support.
Thanks for your help

You are welcome, at least you know it is not your phone at fault.
That's assuming they have actually coded their app/server to do more than just server outage notifications.CrazyGrayV8 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 13, 2026 12:22 pm So I guess they've got fairly major issues with their notifications within the app itself;
Although I'm speculating too as I usually disable most apps from being able to do notifications.
