Min SoC stuck at 12%
I've just been looking at my app and the Battery Min SoC seems to have changed from 10% to 12%. If I try to change it in the app, after hitting Confirm, I get a "Write failed" message and it stays at 12%. The Backup Cut-off SoC is 10%in the app.

If I then look in the Cloud app in the Quick Settings, the System Min. SOC shows 10% and Battery Reserve Capacity shows 12%.

I know last night the battery discharged to 12% and switched to mains import, suggesting to me that the phone app settings are correct but unchangeable.

Any idea what is going on?
Re: Min SoC stuck at 12%
Did you have a schedule set for the time you was wanting to change the value?
It could also happen if the signal was temporarily bad.
Re: Min SoC stuck at 12%
Sorry but I don't understand. I don't have any schedule changing that value. The only schedule I have sets FCSoc overnight to 40% ATM.

To me, the phone app and cloud app have the settings interchanged and I am confused. I think I know which one is correct bot I don't know for sure. I also don't understand why I can't change the 12% one on the phone or the cloud even though they appear to be different settings.
Re: Min SoC stuck at 12%
If you had an active schedule set at the time you tried to adjust the value it could be fighting your changes.

Given the App can be an issue, maybe best to adjust things in the website for a bit and see if that sticks.
Re: Min SoC stuck at 12%
But I can't change Battery Reserve Capacity in the cloud app or Battery Min SoC in the phone app. It is that parameter which is stuck at 12%.

It seems Fox want everyone to use schedules and it's possible to set the limit on each individual schedule, but only where it applies, for example you can set minSoC and FDSoC on forced discharge and maxSoC and FCSoC for forced charge schedules.

I'm not sure why they show other options when you can't change them.
