Buttery does not charge. Wrong usage data indicated in app.

Invertor: H1-3.0_E-G2-WL
Battery: EP5

Our system was installed about 10 days ago, the battery did not charge from the beginning in SelfUse mode. Force charge works fine but the energy quickly is drained/exported to somewhere with 3.5kw/h till SoC min 10%. Last few days it was very sunny, the app indicated that all solar generated energy was going for Household use. For example, PV -1.6KW +Grid 360w = 1.960w to household and nothing goes to battery storage. However, our household at the same moment uses only 180 watts. We think that there may be an error in inverter settings. The installer has reported this to FOX to initiate a system diagnosis. So far, no changes. We hope you can help us understand the problem.

P.S. Where did the stored energy disappear? Twice used force charge for testing before afternoon but from 4 to 5 PM the stored energy rapidly disappeared somewhere before our eyes even though we were not doing anything at home (180watts). We assumed it got exported to grid. How can we stop this from happening again. We have not agreements about exporting energy.

Attached are few photos, screenshots:
1. Real use in house right this moment -+178watts but not exactly 1.59kw
2. Inverter Screen
3. Smart Meter Display

On your FoxCloud2.0 App, you can click on "Daily production" and it will show a power graph for the day.
Can you get a screenshot for yesterday and today please?

Of Couse, thanks. 23.03.2026 around 11:12 AM The Buttery charged up to 14% when switched off all fuses excluding main one.

I don't think your battery is charging much, as you don't have the best PV input, which you cannot control the weather.
And combined with your daily household power usage figures, you are draining it quicker than you are putting power in.

23rd
PV you made 6.70kWh
Load was 12kWh, so the battery would struggle to charge as there was not enough spare energy.

Do you know how big your solar array is?

During sunny days the solar panels show to generate between 1.4-1.9Kw whilst we used around 300-380 watt only (Router, laptop and fridge) which is why we fill confused and upset that the buttery does not charge.
For today we spend 9kw only over the hall day and 8.19kw yesterday. From Smart meter.
5 Solar panel 480watt each. We know exactly how much we use on a reglue day before we had the solar panels installed which is why it is easy for us to operate with the numbers.

Main questions:
1. The app shows wrong data.
2.Battery does not charge from Solar Panel.
3.Where does electricity disappear when the battery charged to 100% in Force Charge mode when all appliances at home are turned off?

Do you have a power graph for a good solar day?

I do not see any solar generation, PV Production show 0.00kWh

A graph for 21st would be best to show.

21.03.2026 We used Force Charge mode for testing, the battery charged up to full in about 2 hours and then suddenly leaked to nowhere, this for certain because right that moment we were using about 280watt. I was watching the leak happening life on screen 3.5Kw/H. As you can see until 11 AM the battery was not charging in Self Use mode.

In force Charge mode we switched OFF charging from grid that is why the battery was charging from Solar Panels only.

I do not know where it went, but it was a load in your home.

Oven
Hob
Water heater

These would be the most likely candidates.

We are absolutely sure that no appliances were running at this time. This is the quietest time in the house. This is why we are confused. The first thing we thought was that settings permit certain amount of energy going to grid, being exported. Why we are saying that wrong data show in app.
