Hi all,

I currently have a 6.6kw PV, 10kw KH10 Inverter and EQ4800-L9.

I have noticed since about last week that my Load consumption is always negative (Sometimes minor such as -3kwh and yesterday was the most i've seen it at which was at -30kwh).

It has only been like this for around a week.

To note, I have monitored my app more frequently the last day or so and i noticed that everytime i'm charging my battery, my load consumption decreases until it hits 0 and then goes into negative. If i run my house appliances, then the Load consumption slowly goes back up to a positive number again.

To my understanding, Load Consumption should just be the amount of kWh i use per day? it should not be decreasing if i charge my battery (Both Grid and Solar decreases my load consumption).

I have already put in a ticket for assistance but have not heard back yet and wondering if anyone here knows what the issue is.

If you can post up a picture of your home screen on your App that would show a spot check on your home power distribution.

Hi here’s a screenshot of my app Home Screen. Everything is actually working as it should on this Home Screen but when I click on the analysis page or consumption page my load consumption is negative.
