Newly installed, can someone explain what is happening in this pic?

Hello,
Had my CQ6 battery installed yesterday, and can't understand what is happening, the numbers are all over the place.
It seems to think power from my solar panels are coming from the grid.

It looks as if the CT clamp has been fitted facing the wrong direction, the CT clamp is fitted near your incoming meter and measures the flow in / out of the house, if it is clipped on the wrong way the system will show a negative load and dump the battery to the grid (basically everything it does will be wrong).
If you can find the CT clamp (a small clip on device on the live wire) you can unclip it and reverse it and the metrics should correct themselves, alternatively call your installer as they can change the direction (sign) remotely which will achieve the same thing.

Thanks for the reply. Would this be the same if the ct clamp wasn't connected at all? I found what I think is that sitting inside the switchboard not connected to anything.

Very probably, the inverter simply won’t be able to balance the load and the operation will be erratic - 2 options, call your installer back and get them to test it working, or clip it on yourself and as long as as the home load is not negative you will know you have it facing the correct direction.
