hi,
it is the first time I write here.
My system is made by the inverter H1-6.0-E-G2 and 4x battery modules ECS4300H.
Yesterday morning I noticed from the app that the inverter was no more converting the energy, the battery was at 19% (under the min SOC of 20%) as the previous day was really cloudy.
Trying to fix, I restarted the inverter (after disconnected the main supply and powered off the battery)... at the end the inverter restarted working properly, but the battery seems not recognized anymore from the inverter, it disappeared from the foxcloud2.0 app ... and the inverter doesn't charge it.
Using the older foxcloud app the battery is shown, but it seems like unmanaged, no power exchange, still reports 19% charge.
the inverter reports the "BMS alarm" error.
I messaged the installer asking support.
Waiting for his reply, is there anything else that I can do to resolve the problem?

Try to power it off again, but be careful with order of shutdown/start-up.

Battery is last item to power down, and once screen is off, wait 30 seconds and do process in reverse.
So the battery is the first thing started up.


If this does not work, can you post details on the BMS alarm code.
