H3 6KW inverter & 3 x hv25 batteries

- ADDR
Hi, we have a new system that's only been installed for 2 weeks. My question is about the ADDR settings on the batteries. 2 are set with the indicator switches ( 1,2,3,4 ) down and the other has 3, 4 down, 1 up and 2 is half way between. What should they be set at? The DIP is set to 1.
We are finding a spike in the electric draw from the grid despite having full batteries and draw from the grid in the evening to the point that the batteries don't discharge below 98%. They then only charge to 99%
Is it possible to set force discharge to the grid so we can utilise the unused energy we are just sitting on?
We would really appreciate your help please.

Don’t understand why your installer has addressed your batteries like this. Is it a fox BMS?

Forgot to mention
Shut the system down. Reset them switches on the batteries to off (down) restart the system. It will address the batteries during startup
This might sort it for you
Not to sure why your installer has used these switch’s.
