Looking at the Mode Scheduler, what it the purpose or function of the Max SoC field when setting up a Forced Discharge?

Dunno really, just some 'legacy' of coding where there HAS to be a value present.
It makes little human sense to have it exist, but the firmware has to have a value present to accept the written values.
