Incorrect password when connecting to my W-2A network

What am I doing wrong. I get as far as 'please the S/N code scan the QR code, on the inverter gongle go back to the app connect to my networks available select the W-2A network put the mtmt2020 password in and get Incorrect password back.
Anyone have any idea what is going on here?
