Hi everyone,

I’m seeking some advice regarding a communication error I’m encountering while integrating my Fox ESS T10-G3 inverter with an FoxESS EV Charger and a DTSU666 Smart Meter (direct connection).

The Setup
I have followed the wiring diagrams to connect the components via RS485 as follows:

Meter to Inverter: * DTSU666 Pin 24 (A) / 25 (B) → Inverter Pin 4 (A2) / Pin 3 (B2)

EV Charger to Inverter: * Charger A / B → Inverter Pin 1 (B1) / Pin 2 (A1)

The Problem
The connection between the Inverter and the Meter works perfectly. Data is flowing correctly, and I can see all the real-time statistics on the FoxCloud app.

However, the communication between the Inverter and the EV Charger fails. As soon as I enable "Green Mode" or Load Balancing, the FOXSwitch App displays the following error:

Error Code: MeterCommunicationAnormaly

My Goal
I want to charge my EV using 100% solar energy (Green Mode) while keeping the DTSU666 meter connected with inverter for monitoring.

Questions
Is it possible to run both the DTSU666 meter and the EV charger simultaneously on the G3 series inverter using these separate pins (A1/B1 and A2/B2)?

Does the G3 inverter support the RS485 COM 1-2 signal, or should somehow activate it?

If anyone has successfully configured a G3 inverter with an EV charger and Meter, I would greatly appreciate your insights!
