Data Analysis

Hi,
I have recently had a Fox KH10 Single Phase Inverter and EQ4800 installed in Australia
I want to be able to get detailed data in time increments of my usage over a long timeframe. For example in 3 months time I want to be able to export data in 1 hour increments (or less) of Power Inport/Export to Grid, Power Import/Export to Battery and Solar Generation.
I do also have a very small old solar system which is AC coupled and shows up in Fox Cloud app as Gen Load and would be great to capture this data also but if it is lost it is negligible in the scheme of things
I seem to be able to find a similar thing for single day data (forget if it was the V1 or V2 portal)
Further to my setup I am utilising (for monitoring only at the moment) Home Assistant with Nathan Marlor addon via Modbus.
Don't want to go reinventing the wheel so to speak but if I need to want to create a script to run each hour to extract these values and store to SQL or similar for later analysis. Don't want to get to 3 months time and discover I can't get what I want.
Reason for doing this is two fold I want to be able to assess how my usage patterns have changed since getting the battery system and also analyse how much it is saving me so I can evaluate my return on investment and additionally assist in the assessment of electricity provider
