Fox ESS KH Inverter and Endeavour flexible exports question

Hi all,
I live in a single phase electrical home, Sydney NSW and in the process of choosing solar panel+inverter+battery installation. My grid supplier is Endeavour and they are about to upgrade their network in July 2026 to allow flexible exporting, up to 10kWh per phase (previously 5kWh per phase I believe). This will be their default connection for installations July 2026 onwards.

I plan on getting inverter: Fox ESS KH 10kW

Endeavour website says:
"Inverters that are on the Clean Energy Council’s approved inverters list that have a Software Client (that is, a communication channel that is compliant to IEEE 2030.5 CSIP-AUS, either hosted locally on the inverter or a gateway device, or via a certified cloud connection to Endeavour Energy’s utility server) are eligible."

Does anyone know if the fox inverter is compatible with the above?

And the CEC website says:
"The updated communication protocol for inverters, CSIP-AUS v1.2, is expected to become mandatory in some Australian jurisdictions in July 2026"
It currently does not list any Fox ESS inverter as being approved for the above but I assume this will need to be done at some point by Fox ESS?

Thanks.
