Is anyone got the same problem? I’ve been offline since 8am this morning. I’ve only been back online since Monday afternoon after 3 day offline. It’s driving me nuts. I’m having another battery fitted tomorrow. I just charge my battery depending on what the Octopus agile report and I don’t want to be stuck with charging at the wrong time. Our home is a super user for electric 
Working for me in the UK - sounds like you’ve got a weak wifi connection to your inverter, what inverter is it, does it have the built in wifi logger, and if so is there an aerial attached to it.
I’m not tec savvy. I have a dongle at the bottom. When it was fitted the engineer said it wouldn’t matter how strong signal would be it has it built in. Because I’m with octopus agile I move my force charge around as it’s not the best at the moment. Would the engineer be able to help me tomorrow?
