Unable to register warranty for H3-10-Smart inverter

Hi,
Wondering if anyone else is facing this issue. Got a battery system installed recently and when I try to register the inverter for warranty, I get "This serial number does not exist in the selected product model" error. Attached a screenshot.
The inverter is H3-10-Smart. There is no option to select "H3 Smart Series" on the warranty registration page and closest is "H3 Series" which I am trying to use but getting an error.
The serial number is in format of 60HD-----HM087. Total of 15 characters.
I have verified that the serial number I am entering is absolutely correct. Entered manually and copy pasted from foxess dashboard (where everything shows up fine).
Anyone with any idea what is the actual issue and how to register for warranty?
I was able to register the battery warranty without any issue. Its just the inverter warranty giving the error.
