Issue with fox ess lv200 battery not communicating with solis inverter

Can someone please advise on the issue with fox ess LV200 5.2kw battery. Up until yesterday 1st june system working fine and early evening battery offline. Advice from previous posts suggested hard turn off battery as well as ac dc power switch. Unfortunately no success. Strangely, solis inverter recognises the battery but does not communicate (see photos)?
Envo energy solutions fitted the system but longer in business and system is still under warranty. Solis suggested getting a local solar panel company but the call out charge (£300) is eye watering and a rip off
Can someone please advise how to get this fixed. I am in west London area. Thanks in advance.
