New install strange readings

Hello,

I had my system installed yesterday and I have had some strange reading on my foxes app load being fairly high when nothing is turned on (minus fridge internet router) and sometimes when I do have the Aircon on it actually shows load - and the battery started charging? (Maybe of the grid although I've not set it to do that)

I have attached a few images the battery I have is ep6 5kw this discharged a few times already due to the home load shown as high.

It also reported yesterday that I'm pulling from the grid and when I checked my Scottish power account this morning I had more grid consumption than usual like twice as much.

Looks like a classic case of a reversed ct clamp. go into your meter area find the white or black ct clamp, unclip it paying attention to the current direction, flip it 180' to the ct is facing the other direction. wait 5 mins for the data to stabilise and then you should see the house load look normal again.

If you need any extra help take a photo of the meter area showing the ct clamp.

Thanks a lot for your reply. I have attached images of my setup I assume it is that cable? Turn isolator switch off turn power of in the house unclip twist and reboot?

trace that cable back to the CT clamp and flip the clamp around by unclipping it, before re-clipping.

It goes here and then all along the wall into another switch below my fuse box I cannot see a clamp.

Bit annoying that they cannot see me again until Monday. They suggested that the system might be settling in and the battery will go through a few cycles of charging and discharging. It is a warm day here today with plenty of sunshine I should not be pulling off the Grid unless the app is showing random figures.
