Advice on a Smart Meter

Hello,
I am a new user. I know this question is not strictly related to the FoxCloud system, but users may have advice to help me monitor closely my day, weekly, monthly Day and Night grid usage as the tariffs are significantly different.
My energy provider provides usage data via an app and their website. However, the data given does not give an option to view day and night usage in kw/hr, or totals in kw of each rate over any of those periods. They only do it in money. I have a SMETS1 meter, and they say they will not give me or sell me a SMETS2 meter as i have a working SMETS1 meter.
I am looking for advice on a commercial meter that I can get installed that enables me to monitor on an hour, day, week, monthly basis the usage and totals of both rates, and the export rate.
