Octopus outgoing is the only tarrif available, how to set up in fox app?

We just had solar panels installed & got the export set up with octopus. They said the only tariff they currently offer is the octopus agile & octopus outgoing. We went with the outgoing since it is a set price per kw.
On the app, I have set up a tarrif saying that peak or off peak the rate is always the same. It asked for buying price too but do i need to add that? Hoping I have set it up right as the only octopus options under the smart options was the agile.
