Hi all
I finally got round to trying to figure out why I can't change my min and max SOC anymore. I read that Fox has stopped allowing those changes through modbus, but the cloud based integration still works. So I tried that route but I can't find anywhere to get my API key. Can anyone help point me to where that is hidden or any other ways of being able to adjust min/max SOC?

You can’t make changes to minsoc via modbus if you have any kind of schedule enabled, schedules will always take precedent, likewise changing them via the cloud api won’t work when schedules are enabled. The only option there is to disable scheduler and control it manually.

If you want to get an apikey you have to use the old Foxcloud (v1) https://www.foxesscloud.com/login login there with the same username / password you use for the app/V2 website, click on the person icon in the top right person, and select ‘user profile’, you will see api management in the left hand menu bar, choose that and then click ‘Generate API key’ - note copy that immediately to a notepad somewhere as it will be obscured the moment you leave and return.
