G100 Restriction - Help

Hello,
My solar panels have been producing during this sunny period in excess of the 3.68 Kh (i.e. 16 amps) export defined by my DNO G99 'fast track'. On doing so, I contacted my installer to apply a G100 restriction so that I am exporting not above 16 amps. They did something remotely, but now I am seeing on the FoxCloud app. my excess electricity is being added to my usage. So yesterday without the restriction my utilities was using 780 wh now today they are using 1.20 Kh. It seems the app. is now just taking the total solar energy generated and subtracting the 3.68 kh export and representing my usage as one minus the other rather than monitoring my usage. The usages now grows and falls proportional to the solar energy generated.
As result I have no clue what I am actually using, as my electricity meter is SMETS1 and I am using not electricity from the grid anyway. I also do not know what is the surplus I am generating above 3.68 kh. I assumed that the FloxCloud inverter would know how much energy I am genuinely using but in this set up no.
My question is has the installer applied the G100 restriction in the correct manner? I assumed that the inverter would do its job, but a utility on the export line would reduce the amp down to 16 amps. This just indicates that its used energy by my appliances which it is not. Is there any other way to achieve G100 restriction, so that I get reasonable indication of my true usage.
G100 is a control that states export can only be up to 16 amp unless a permit to export more is applied for. I am doing that.
