I was here yesterday,
I am still a bit confused concerning what my System min SOC should be set at
also my cut-off back-up SOC should be set at.
can you recommend the correct settings.

It's normal to set the off grid minsoc to 10%. A lot of folk use 10% for both. I usually have system minsoc set to 30 or 40% because we seem a bit prone to power cuts hereabouts.

Typically 10% or 20% are the mins used.
If you are in an area with frequent power cuts, then you should probably set it higher*

*It is a waste of time if you don't have it wired up as an EPS supply for a few essential circuits.
