Why does Mode Scheduler not work with SOC < 10%?

We've been sold a 100% discharge battery yet Fox does not allow us to use the final 10% when we are in mode scheduler.
They have not made adjustments in the App/Website to allow regional settings to apply to the minSOC to allow under 10%
They might not ever allow less than 10% in Australia, despite advertising 100% DoD range being available.
