Hi all,

I have no problem in logging into the Fox Cloud app on my phone. However, I cannot log onto the web portal stopped although it had been working until that point of time. I tried to reset the password, I always received the message "41901-incorrect verification code". I kept on trying until I reach the limit of number of retrying. I dare not logging out from the app on my phone, in fear of losing all access to the information about my solar system.

Help please, it will be greatly appreciated.

I can't login either. Its the correct password etc. There has to be a FOX issue? I will also contact them

Hi, I had this exact same issue. I was using my email address as my username in the login box with the correct password and I kept getting an Error saying Username or Password invalid. I then found that if I used my specific username as per the mobile app (not my email address) then I was instantly able to log into the web portal. To find my specific username I logged into the mobile app and then Me / FOXESS User / Username to get my actual Username... Hope this helps others with similar issues.
