Hi all,

I have no problem in logging into the Fox Cloud app on my phone. However, I cannot log onto the web portal stopped although it had been working until that point of time. I tried to reset the password, I always received the message "41901-incorrect verification code". I kept on trying until I reach the limit of number of retrying. I dare not logging out from the app on my phone, in fear of losing all access to the information about my solar system.

Help please, it will be greatly appreciated.

I can't login either. Its the correct password etc. There has to be a FOX issue? I will also contact them
