Been running smoothly since installation by HSenergy in April with Octopus flux until last week

I had scheduled forced charge between 2 and 4 am and forced discharge from 16.00 to 19.00 to match tariffs on Octopus.
However now these schedules have disappeared and been replaced by a random 10 minute self-use setting that changed every hour or so. If I re-enter my schedules with 30 minutes system removes and replaces with more random 10 minute self-use sessions. Help

Sounds like a third party is controlling it. Was your system controlled by Octopus at one point?

That might be the issue. I have applied to HSenergy to be signed up by their Sentinel control system. I have not had any confirmation but perhaps they are looking at my system. Will contact them on Tuesday. Is there any way I can interrogate my system to see what might be happening?
